Unlike many Yak-52s on the market, G-BXAK has undergone extensive inspection and maintenance during its current ownership. The aircraft has been completely reviewed throughout, including a wings-off inspection as part of the 600-hour airframe extension. The upgraded M14PF 400hp engine and MT three-blade propeller were installed by the current owners and transform the aircraft’s performance, providing stronger climb capability, improved aerobatic performance and smoother operation. With 1,488 airframe hours, the aircraft remains in regular operation and presents extremely well throughout.
